Welcome to my little baking blog. I recently just got back into baking and with the recent purchase of my buttercup yellow kitchen-aid artisan mixer I am throwing myself back into it with zeal. I should point out I am by no means a master baker, I do it for fun only. My current baking fixation is with cupcakes. I am currently using Martha Stewarts cupcake book. It is my quote unquote cupcake bible. I am doing well with the actual cupcakes but having issues with frosting which I hope the artisan will help out with. I will post whenever I bake, with picture and photo commentary - I am not sure about rules following posting actual recipes so if I follow the book to the tee I will just reference where I found them. Allright enough of the rubbish :) I will be baking tomorrow or the following day so expect a post then.
